"First Time In India" concept of RECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEW/ INTRODUCTION is added to the portal,where employers have the advantage of viewing the employee resumes and their VIDEO beforehand.

This will save the time and expense of the candidate on one hand,and time and energy of the employers on the other.Hence,The probability of harrassment of non-selection and absentees from their workplace is redced to a great extent.

Company will inform to Final Round the selected candidates that they have finalised for interview through E-mail and sms alert and only those candidates will be appearing for the interview in the specific company.
